Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

• The participant should read and understand all the Terms & Conditions mentioned within this Disclaimer.
• The participant should use the water sports equipment / jet skis only in the designated area, as informed by the water sports instructor.
• The participant must wear a life jacket and safety device throughout the hire period.
• The participant is responsible for all damages and/or cost of repairs that occur to the water sports equipment / jet skis within the hire period that are caused by their misuse of the equipment.
• Activities operate daily within our posted hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The minimum age for all activities is 16 years. Guests under 16 are not permitted to participate.
• Participants must travel at slow speed (4 knots) when leaving and entering the marina, due to the speed restriction in that area.
• Do not commence any activity in, or nearby, any restricted areas.
• Please adhere to the rules and regulations of the water sports at all times.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree that I am fully aware of the risk involved in operating the above-mentioned water sports equipment and jet ski. I agree that I am medically fit and do not suffer any ailments, allergies, disabilities or use medications that may affect my ability.

I further agree to assume all risk of death and injury, and loss of or damage to Fun Beach Water Sports property, resulting directly or indirectly while using the mentioned equipment in the premises of the club or in the sea, for my passengers and myself.

I agree to hold harmless Fun Beach Water Sports and its offices and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or actions including legal costs resulting while using the mentioned equipment.

I further confirm that I am fully capable to participate in the mentioned water sport activity / jet ski. I acknowledge the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

I hereby confirm that I have watched the mandatory safety video and fully understood the safety instructions, and acknowledge this by signing this agreement.
